About Holiday Forum Refresh

The CQ-BAUT Forums desperately need a software and system update, and house cleaning (the dead hacks have really started to build up in the corners). Pamela can do this either the week of Thanksgiving or Christmas if funds are available and everyone agrees to let the forums go down for a couple of days. The funding is needed so all the tasks around the CosmoQuest Team can be shuffled around (giving people hours to cover all of Pamela's tasks that she can't do), and to cover new vBulletin software.
